Has there been anyone not able to see forums, threads, profiles, sigs, change avatar/profile?

I think I discovered issues with certain user groups not having the ability to do all the basic stuff. Let me know if this was an issue before.. Hopefully fixed now:

Test. Nope, I'm good. I browse on mobile and never orient my phone to landscape view, so I usually don't see signatures, but I tried just now for my own post.
