It's been a long, long time boys. 7 years, to be exact. This was my final post, Dec 22, 2018
So why was I banned? This.....
Was I wrong? Certainly. But there had been far, FAR worse things said than that- and that still continue being said til this day and nothing happens to those people.
The amount of anti-"tether" speech that goes on today on TheColi with ZERO repercussions is crazy when you read what I got banned over lol.
And the mod that got the ban hammer dropped on me had to be a mod I had beef with and who didn't like me in the first place, which would've either been @Houston or @Black(they hated me over my beef with Char), or @Chicago(hated me because i was one of the few posters who didn't take his sh!t)- ironically/not so ironically the same ol' trio of mods who seem to ALWAYS be caught up in some kinda personal beef between posters.
What I said wasn't nice but it certainly wasn't bannable, not by yesterday's OR today's standards.
I was not a troll poster. I was not a sh*t poster. I brought nothing but laughs and comedy to the forum, as well as putting in work getting rid of the roaches and rats with my classic exposal threads.
Matter of fact I had soo many classic threads, period. Everybody loved me
Except for the mods that didn't. And they seized on the first opportunity they got to get me perma-banned. I'll never forget how they did it too. I woke up that next day(after that African't post) and hopped on the Coli and saw that I had like 20 warning points all piled up in my notifications, and none of them was for anything bad. A mod literally just went and attached random egregious warning points to a bunch of random recent posts of mine, regardless of what the post said, just to get me over the Ban threshold and get that hammer dropped on me. And they succeeded. Just nasty, nasty work.
Sigh- 7 long years of living with being done dirty like that.
I hope like hell that @thaKEAF doesn't put the same mods in charge here as was over there. You've already made one mod mistake, ALREADY, with @Morethan1.
I've never had any personal problems with him but I've bore witness to so many times when this dude got way too emotional and flew off the deep end and suggested some crazy stuff- and that was him as just a regular poster on the coli.. now he's a MOD? *sigh.... Like I said, I have no "personal" beef with dude, never had any communication with him, but I certainly remember cringing at some of the stuff he used to suggest.
The problem people make when choosing mods is people choose "who they like", and they choose according to who's their "homeboys"... they don]t pick mods according to who's qualified based off of that person's post history. And that's how you end up with a complete lunatic like @Chicago as a friggin MOD, the absolute LAST THING someone like that needs to be lol.
Or that like @rarely wrong liggins dude who ended up getting exposed for wishing a breh's mother would find him "hanging from a tree with his entrails dangling". You can tell he was modded SOLELY because "SOHH!" and because he was "cool" with whomever appointed him.
Well that's the kind of people you end up having as your forum moderators when you pick according to who you are "buddies" with.
But anyway, anybody else wrongfully banned, feel free tell your story. It's been 7 long years for me, probably longer for some others.
