Combat sports training superior to bodybuilding almost every way.
Not to mention, bodybuilding as a subculture,is a direct extension of the homosexual, male prostitute subculture
Things to think about when before you start your next training program…
Combat sports training superior to bodybuilding almost every way.
- Combat Sports training tends to more fat/calories than bodybuilding
- Outside of sparring, the workouts are much more sustainable. Maybe could be dumb at home
- The bleed over from boxing/mma are self explanatory (self defense).
- Less recovery time when compared to bodybuilding exercises.
- The Strength training that is encouraged along with combat sports are much more reasonable (body weight, focus on core, kettlebells ,compound lifts etc.)
- Lesson encouragement of PED usage when compared to bodybuilding.
Not to mention, bodybuilding as a subculture,is a direct extension of the homosexual, male prostitute subculture
