You should have to be nominated by a regular in the forum.

HL mods were good, tsc mods were great, booth mods were good.

There should be maybe five or so mods that can mod the whole board and then each individual forum should have two or three.

I don't think a lot of mods are needed now. But eventually maybe a proportional modship based on how active a subforum is.

Higher Learning might only need one or two mods (@FAH1223 and @Hood Critic are pretty reasonable) but if the most popping section is The Locker Room maybe they'll need five or more mods.
